In addition to that, user-generated moves not only consist of K-style but also exploits on peer to peer system (in Ninja step where the in-game screenshot button create a short lag time but not disconnecting the character from the game server, in the lag period, the character moves in the direction it previously moved before the lag happens. And about K-style: Need mentioning advanced K-style and Latedash K-style (basically use the same steps as advanced K-style but different timing to make different cancelling (bug) happens). Refer to ragezone dot com about the modding part. Marasmusine ( talk) 09:05, 14 August 2009 (UTC) Reply Stability looks okay: the admins are on top of vandalism/spam issues. Its local list users has 48 members and 5 admins. Aar ► 05:22, 14 August 2009 (UTC) Reply Well, okay, if the concensus is that this particular wikia has "a substantial history of stability and a substantial number of editors" ( WP:EL) then this should be okay. Halo (series), The Legend of Zelda (series), and Final Fantasy, to name a few. Marasmusine ( talk) 16:19, 28 July 2009 (UTC) Reply And yet many VG articles include links to their respect Wikias. Links to open wikis should normally be avoided.Īs such I suggest removing the Wikia link.External links should be kept to a minimum.Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.177.216.212 ( talk) 03:58, (UTC) Reply Ĭonsider referring to the general guideline on external links ( WP:EL) and the videogames wikiproject guidelines ( WP:VG/EL). Any deletion will result in being reported. Readded on the grounds that Ijji considers it an official Wiki, listed on the main page as "Official" and even has an announcment. Also, no doubt you saw the huge warning message telling you not to add anymore links without first discussing it here. And it helps if you don't use a site that says "Create a free website about anything you love!" on its homepage, or if the link in question isn't named "GunZ The Duel Fan Wiki". It was deleted by XLinkBot, but I'd like to take the opportunity to remind you that if something's not official, it's probably not a good idea to say it is. User:75.154.186.241 recently took up the opportunity to add in a link to " Gunz Wiki (Official)". In summary the ideas that e-style is evasive and that e-stylers use "spray" will be stricken from the article. This is really quite absurd considering that a shotgun randomly distributes pellets across a cone of fire and thus requires the least accurate aim of any weapon and yet is the most popular K-Style weapon. Some K-stylers in Gunz have attempted to use the term to identify the use of any automatic weapons. If a player kills you within seconds of you being spotted, that means he is effectively aiming as opposed to "Spraying and Praying". It was never meant as a justification for punishing another player, rather it was a way of identifying a less experienced and effective player. It involves a player with poor aim holding down the button and waving the reticle all over the place. "Spray" refers to "Spray and Pray" a term coined in traditional FPS games in which there was no "K-style". The desire to categorize this as "avoiding confrontation" is obviously a result of K-styler's typical choice of short range weapons. The only possible explanation for such a claim regarding E-style is that it does not involve melee weapon use, such that if a melee user or k-styler attempts to rush an e-styler the e-styler may backpedal/backtumble while maintaining line of sight and shooting. K-Style on the other hand relies on excessive maneuvering in place of shooting thus if anything K-Style is less aggressive than E-style. E-style has nothing to do with avoiding confrontation or prolonging the match on the contrary E-stylers often drop opponents within seconds of line of sight being achieved. Successful E-stylers rely on immaculate aim and the higher damage per second of automatic guns relative to melee weapon and burst weapon use. It also refers to Rifles and Machine Guns as "Spray" which is a reference to a type of shooting rather than a type of weapon. The article incorrectly claims that e-style is evasive or that e-stylers avoid confrontation and prolong the match.
